Brian push upMONDAY TRAINING – Kettlebell skill development and conditioning with TRX and the best piece of equipment ever invented (YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT). We also use bands, sleds and odd objects for fun and variety. (1 hour session)

Danielle RopesWEDNESDAY TRAINING – Circuit based strength & development. Exercises include all basic human movements (Squats, Deadlifts, Pushes, Pulls, Walks, Carries or Drags). This is a fantastic strength builder and forces the members to push themselves once they get the technique. This is also the same format as my MEN’S GROUP (very effective and fun training). Don’t worry – this is a CO ED class. (1 hour session)

Jen TGUTHURSDAY TRAINING – We begin with a lot of mobility exercises then move onto Kettlebell skill development and conditioning with TRX (similar to Monday). We finish with isolated strengthening exercises (AKA bodybuilding). The tools being used here will be resistance bands, dumbbells and body weight. (1 hour session)

This is a monthly membership rate (there are no make ups if a session is missed) All holiday Mondays here will be no class. Some months because the way the days of the week fall, you will get an extra session so it evens out in the end. I don’t believe in contracts but you must agree to this before training.
